Color variation in natural honey

Introduction

The Holy Quran mentions the variety of colors in natural honey. Honey varies in color depending on the region and flower it comes from. The color spectrum of honey ranges from white to yellow (orange yellow, golden greenish yellow), amber, reddish agate, and even brown.
Acacia honey is white, spring orange honey is golden yellow, honey from Mazandaran forests is greenish yellow, thyme honey is red, pine honey from European forests is brown. All of these are good and natural honeys, but their colors are different because of the flower that the bees have fed on. So it is not true that good honey is dark in color.
The color, smell, and taste of honey are somewhat related. Many flavors of honey that are pleasant and good in one region are considered unpleasant in another. Honey that is thought to be unpleasant to people is kept for bee consumption.
